Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, area not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, area exceeding 1.0 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for mild steel work angle iron 410-W(Gde-E- 250, quality-A) as in door frames/ chowkhats including provision of 12mm dia deformed bar welded to bottom of frame etc as required and preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats of tar & sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand paper including cutting floor to accommodate strengthing bar & making good in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in bands, straps, clamps, hold fasts, stays for rain water pipes etc. all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through PCC block built in cement mortar for inserting holdfast and making good dismantaled portion in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required superficial area not exceding 150 Sq cm (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wal)l complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made plain framed panelled shutters 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board flat pressed three layered conforming to IS-3097 exterior grade-I type- I duly ISI marked general purpose commercial veneered on both side bonded with (BWR) type phenol formaldeyde synthetic resin-adhesive, the size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The species of timber shall be Hollock/Bonsum

Supply & fix glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8.24 (a) and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The species of timber shall be Hollock/Bonsom.

S & F PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 of MES Schedule (Part-II) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters made of size 65mmX40mmX2mm style and 75mmX40mmX2mm side rails, top rails & middle/ lock rail & 100mm X40mm X 2mm bottom rail of aluminium section weighting not less than 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws including aluminium grill, anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) and including mortice lock (four levers) with two keys complete all as specified and directed

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frames for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete conforming to relevent IS all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden / metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new one and S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.
