Repairs to 100kVA HT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Achabal 1st of MISD Sopore.

Dismantling of 100kVA transformer(Al wound) by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100kVA transformer using appropriate means of transport like Tata mobile upto a lead of 20Km.

Providing and fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (HV)

Removing of old damaged tapings from 3No. LT legs, checking of LT legs, providing and fitting of complete paper and cotton tapings.

Providing / Fitting of SRBP Tube(Synthetic Rubber Bonded Paper)

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Filtration of old existing transformer oil for removing moisture and carbon content to achieve the BDV value of oil in filtration oven or by required heat treatment process.

Complete assembling of 100kvA transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Providing and fitting of LT bush rods as per sample.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Aluminium) to be retained by the contracting agency (90% or as per actual).
