To collect offline applicaton form from the applicants of PMAY scheme to submit various reports- To collect offline applicaton form from the applicants of PMAY INCLUDING collecting all paper / documents. The work of collection of application shall be included to guide MC for propogatio of scheme by various methods like making advertisement, by giving munadi, by taking meetings in slum by deleviring pamphlets,will aloso include to prepare list of beneficiaries in alphabetical manner, caste wise, slum wise, area wise,ward wise, category wise with AADHAR card No etc(Percentage to be quoted on estimated cost assumng Rs 5.00 lack per D/U)

Executing the work of geo tagging houses of applicants, feeding the information on MIS:- a) To execute the work of geo tagging of applicants by visiting the applicants address, capturing the photo of their exiciting houses and GPS location. The information bases on application is to be geo tagged for creating location specific data. overlying the geotagged data on WMS b)Feeding the data as specified in MIS software of PMAY. Extracting the information as per need of project acomplashied using MIS for DSS. The geotagged and MIS data will have to be quoted on the estimated cost assuming rs5.00 lack per D/u)

DPR Preparation Work - Preparation of detail project report for all the beneficiaries (in no of phase ) for housing for all mission under Prime Miister Awas Yojana wit preparing various types of draewing of dwelling units . various drawings of flat system, with required infrastructure as per govt of india guide line dated 25.6.2015 and GoM resolution Dt 09.12.2015 by adopting any one comination of one or more components of GR wit all necessary estimates etc. which requires approval of the project. (percentage to be quoted on the total cost of proposed DPR)

To execute the work of Biometric survey and issue biometric i card To get filled the prescribed application form from beneficiary families and to collect the information along with necessary paper/documents of proposed beneficiary families for housing for All mission under PMAY also execute the biometric survey for obtaining photo, finger impression ad iris of both eye proposed head of beneficiaries families on biometric devices and to prepare software generaed reports of various types of proposed beneficiaries and also prepapre I - Card of size of ATM card of each beneficiary family head which shall contain some matter on it (This work is t be executed only if it is requird)

Project Management Consultancy(PMC) Work Part A Under PMC work, after receipt of approval from Govt. The bidder has to preaper the revised estimate of all of revised drawing all sanctioned components (if required) also prepare revised drawings, design etc. for purpose of technical sanction for all estimates by visiting and discussion with the component authority. After receipt of TS prepare e tender documents ,prepare advt to assist municipal council to upload same on www.mahatenders.gov.in also after tender procedure is completedto prepare cpmparative statement and put before municipal council with mentioning opinion on it.to assist municipal council to prepare draft copy of work order etc PART B (i) During execution of work, to take RCC drawing from structural engineer to give layout to the contractor, to supervise the work to record, to record the measurments of infrastructure work (excluding measurments of indivisual dwelling units) in M.B.for the bill& measurments submited by the contractor after joint inspection with contractor's representative,Municipal council engineer by fixing the date for joint inspection, prepre computer typed bill and to submit the same to Municipal Council for final checking, necessary correcion & payments to the contractor (ii) To supervise the construction work of Dwelling units (if constructed indivisual or in cliuster or i any other type )prepare their stage wise payment sheet on the basis of estimated amount & to submit into recommendation for payment
