Providing horizontal spindle horizontal split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement) single/double/ multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pump in series of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirloskar /BS for BE as per IS-1520-1980 / IS 5659 - 1970 with up to date amendments, read with IS: 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze impellers/priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade EN-8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a MS/Cast steel base plate ( base plate to be procured from the manufacturers of the pumping unit only) to Squirrel Cage / Slipring drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar / Crompton / NGEF and suitable for operation on 400 (+)/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point

Supply and fixing submersible cable 3 core 6 mm2 of CRI/havells-L&T make for submersible sets including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.submersile cable of dia L&T /Havells makes.

Supply and fixing of MS fabricated control panel for submersible pump set complete with internal wiring and comprising of suitable volt meter, Amp, Meter indicators, MCB switchgear,DOL starter etc. as required complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing double flanged Cast Steel Reflux valve ,Follwing class of Leader/ Kirloskar make and 50mm dia.for rising main and capable of with standing following normal seat pressure conforming to BS:1868/API-600 or latest ammendments.

Providing and fixing of Cast steel sluice valve 150mm dia of class ASA-300 as per BS:1414 /API:600 of Kirlosker / Leader make with providing / fixing MS flanges table 17 i/c welding complete as per IS 6392-1971 & welding shall be done in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing,laying,jointing & testing G.I.Pipe flanged bends of all degrees manufacured from G.I.(Heavy or Medium class) parent pipe of relevant requirement with 3-4 cuts of radius not less than 5 times of pipe to meet the code requirement with welding of all pieces as per code requirement.The MS flanges are to be provided on each joint conforming to IS 6392-1971 & welding of flanges as per IS:816-1969 with electrods as per IS :814-1991 i/c required Nos.& size of MS nuts & bolts as per IS :1369-1967 and asbestos fibre jointing gasket sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS :2717-1998.The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers tomake the joint leak proof as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge within all leads & lifts.

Providing & welding of MS Flanges of various tables as per IS 6392-1971 of following dia and table. The welding of flanges with pipe should confirm to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 including required number and size of nuts and bolts as per 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets not less than 3mm in thickness as per IS: 2712-1998. The welding of flnages to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
