Special Repair of Bridges and Approaches to H.L Bridge over river Tel on Saharpada to Machhagrah At Ch 29/00km for the year 2025- 26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes to receive bituminous treatment. Etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granual Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm on prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleained with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 to 5.6mm size crushed stone aggregates and 14.60 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of road surface including hand packing and consolidation with PRR including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen etc complete

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using .06 cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.8kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of road surface including rolling with PRR including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen etc complete

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms,spreading and grading to required slope and compacting meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications 94th revision)

Providing supplying and spreading moorum on road surface to required thickness including cost carriage and royalty of moorum etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
