Providing & laying ceramic glazed floor tiles 300 x 300 of Ist quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed cememt mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.in colour such as white, Ivory, Grey, fume red Brown.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of 1 mm thickness of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including all carriages.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lighting points, including ISI marked 5 amp switches, 6 amp socket, 5 amp indicator, switch type dimmer, ceiling rose (square block) including cost of 1/1.5 mm wire fitted in channels of required size as per the directions of Engineer In- Charge including all other connected charges for the complete job.

Providing, fixing ,Installation, Testing & commissioning of wall fan of ISI standard make. (complete job)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of heating points, including laying of 6 mm wire in ISI marked PVC channels- size as required at site including its cost, including Providing & fixing SS combine 16 amp with box/plate as per the requirement at site, complete job, (as directed by Engineer Incharge).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of exhaust fan (12" x12"), including laying of 1.5 mm wire in ISI marked PVC channels- size as required at site including its cost, complete job, (as directed by Engineer Incharge).
