RequiredThe contract will be cancelled immediately if the vehicle is not serviced to the satisfaction of the head of the vehicle using agency

RequiredThe Contractor should mention GST Including Rates

RequiredThe Contractor should submit the Vehicle RC Book Driver Badge Emmission Test Vehicle Insurance and other necessary documents

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per the State Government Circular No.FD.295.Expenditure-12 2019 Dt.26-03-2019 any EMD Related exemption certificate will not be considered for this Tender notification
