The bidder shall be manufacture/authorized dealer holding valid manufacturing, selling and repairing licenses in the same name. the bidder shall have successfully executed at least one work of supply, erection commissioning, calibration and installation of a pit/ pit less weigh bridge of not less than 40 MT capacity and value of not less than Rs 10.81 lakhs, during the last five completed financial years, i.e. FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. The bidder shall upload all relevant documents and work completion certificate/work done certificate issued by the competent authority. The value of the works executed during the previous financial years shall be brought to the current price level by applying a weightage of 10% per year.

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in At least Two financial years an average annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs 21.61 Lakhs during the last five completed financial years i.e. (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year).

The Bidders should upload the following declarations by duly signed a. I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory. b. I/we declares that EMD has not been forfeited and None of my contracts have been terminated/foreclosed on account of default in KPCL or elsewhere during the past 3 (Three) years. c. My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. d. I/we have studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. e. I/we shall pay fair and reasonable wages, which shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by GOK to the labours/workmen employed in the contract. f.I/we have accepted the condition that KPCL reserves the right to foreclose the contract at any point of time without assigning any reason.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Tender capacity: (A x N x 2.5 - B), where, A- Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last ten years (updated to present price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B - Value at present price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next Four (4) Months (0.33 year) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).
