1 - Repairing of WCS Cabin at the terrace of Utility Building.

Providing and fixing 9 mm thick Type A, Category IV as per IS:14862:2000 fibre cement board at all leads and lifts including removing of existing cement sheets, shiting to ground flor, installation of new cement sheets. Payment shall be made for actual material fixed at site without considering wastage. Rate is inclusive for necessary scaffolding if required, complete at any heights/levels all as per instructions, specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – Charge Note:The cement board needs to be waterproof and should be installed at it's place as per the direction of EIC.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Note:- Removing of emulsion paint, white wash, oil paint or enamel paint for Internal wall, exterior paint on external wall (including washing), wood work, steel work etc. by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper etc. to receive fresh coat of paint is also covered under item. Rates also includes scaffolding, covering of wool pile carpet and cleaning the same by vaccum after work completion. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New /old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates includes scaffolding, surface preparation, crack opening and filling with approved filler material (filling cracks - SBR polymer with cement as per manufacturers specification). The paint coefficient will be 1.00 irrespective of applying on plain / sand face plaster / brick surface. No extra measurement will be paid for painting on rough or sand face plaster or brick surface with groove. Complete all as directed by EIC

Providing and Applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on old doors and windows, MS members using 1st quality paint from approved manufacturer of approved colour and shade to give an even shade including scaffolding, removing of paint that is soft, blistered, loose or flanking & cleaning old surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials, applying oil primer coats / anti corrosive zinc based yellow primer to steel work. cost also includes thinner, filler, putty, primer and other materials, necessary labours etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge at all heights, in all floors. Note:- Measurements of doors and windows will be taken as per relevant IS code.surface area of all MS Members will be taken for measurement (1) Synthitic enamel Paint of approved brand (2) Zinc based yellow Primer (3) Putty suitable to Mild steel members of approved brand (4) Putty on wood work - oil base putty

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Note:-The work also includes making necessary holes in the sheet at the location of existing vertical pipes.

Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh(25x25mm & having diameter of 3 mm) painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately). Note:-The work also includes dismantling or Removal of the existing steel wire fabric rectangular mesh and carrying it to the ground floor from terrace per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabricating, assembling, hosting / erecting and fixing in position at less heights all shapes and sizes with all leads and lifts, structural steel angle section flats(20 mm wide & 4 mm thick)wherever required as per detailed drawing and design including cutting, wastage, welding, bending (shop at site), hoisting, drilling, fixing in position, bolting wherever necessary, including drilling holes for bolting in existing M.S members,in position welding of required lengths, grinding, finishing edges all as per instructions, specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – Charge (only standard measurements will be paid) Note:-The work also includes the dismantling of the existing MS flats supporting cement sheets

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel ,wood or PVC ) including stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 20 mm cement plaster Note: water proofing plaster for any lead and lift. Water proofing compound material shall be paid under respective item. NOTE: Including scaffolding, curing etc

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing(welding) ISI marked, IS : 1341, M.S. heavy weight bright finished butt hinges with existing frame etc. complete : 100x75x3.5 mm Note:-The work also includes the removal of existing hinges welded to the existing frame as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing heavy quality fixtures and fittings for doors, windows, ventilators with necessary ss screws, nails, machine pins etc. at all floor levels complete, as directed and approved by Engineer-in-charge. The fixture & fastenings shall be provided as under : Providing and fixing hinges of Stainless steel of size 100mm*58mm*1.9mm including bolt, SS screw and other necessary connections and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. door latches conforming to IS:5930 with screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) 300x20x6 mm Note:Latch to be fixed as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x10 mm

Providing and fixing compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make inside wooden/Aluminimum partition / door etc; complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) . Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Disposal of building rubbish/Cement sheets/Gs Sheets/ PVC doors,wooden doors similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - 1. Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 2. Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 3. The cost is inclusive of necessary permission from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises

2 -Fixing of Safety Grills to All windows of Neutron And Ion Irradiation Facility (NIIF) At IPR Campus, Bhat, Gandhinagar-382428.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round polished/bright bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer, scaffolding at all height and in all floors, etc. complete in all respect. Fixed to openings /stone cladding / jambs frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work Note:-Paint will be applied on steel , Rates includes scaffolding, scraping, removes oil, surface preparation at all height and in all floors, etc. The measurement of surface area of Grill will be measured as per relevant IS Codes. Complete all as directed by EIC .
