Excavation in foundation, trenches etc.upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work , blasting work,chiselling work , kankar, mooram singles including decomposed in soft /hard work ,chiselling/wedging out of hard and soft rocks where blasting is prohibited, in saturated soil including bailing out the watering, by cutting in slopes where ever required and stacking the excavated materials not more than 3.00 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soils in 15 cm (fifteen centi meter) layer when required into sides of trenches consolidating in each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts . After disposal ,the surface shall be neatly dressed and leveled and shoring to its original shape complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement 6 sand 12 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts

Providing precast concrete block masonary (including quin block, jamb block, closer etc.) with soild block of approved size made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm and down gauge) foundation & plinth up to floor twolevel in:- with cement mortar 1:6

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in wall and curring complete excluding cost of form work in all leads lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above Ground level to 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) of 2nd class bricks complete in all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement, 3 sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing compound gate steel work welded in builtup section as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.
