Disconnecting,removing the water ,electric connections and taking out carefully the old existing defective electric motor, 7.5 HP of booster pump / centrifugal pump of any description and in any position, dismantling and strip opening of the motor, removing the old existing burnt windings, cleaning the slots & rewinding of the electric motor 7.5 HP, operating on 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply with existing gauge super enameled copper wire, including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeves insulating varnish etc for powering multistage booster pumps/ centrifugal pumps & testing at workshop and transportation to site & refixing on existing platform complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 here in above but motor of capacity 10.0 HP complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only the following items/spare parts suitable for centrigugal pump of capacity 7.5/10/21/75 HP dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting, removing the water, electric connections and taking out carefully defective booster/centrifugal pump of capacity 105 HP, DSM model of Make Kirloskar,, three phase, 415 V, AC supply and carrying out necessary repairs and replacement of bearing bush, gland plate, impeller, nuts and bolts etc, any trasportation to workshop if required, Repair to bearing housing with metling and turning and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes:-(i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc.

Supply only the following items/spare parts suitable for DG set as item No 10 above dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` item No 10 here in above complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soils not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 750 x 750x 750 mm inside including necessry excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil to 50 mtr brick work in cement mortar 1:4, MS angle iron frame, hold fasts, MS sheet cover 3 mm thick includind handle and locking aggangement all as specified and and shown on drawing.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, old size brick built in Cement Mortar (1:4), for manholes complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exceeding 1.5 mtr above the stating point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable cable and Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core size of cables laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable conduit and supply, laying and jointing rigid non metallic PVC conduit of size 20mm dia exclucive of boxes but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles pipe hooks etc.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable manual call point and supply and fixing manual call point for hooters/siren etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning/ scraping of steel/ cast iron surfaces of existing dull painting of Valve pit chamber inner pipe lines, Hose box, hose reel drum bos etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The Chamber, valves, connected pipe line, hose reel box including connecting accessories etc. shall be painted according to colour code specified as per IS Instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable locking arrangemet and supply and fixing locking arrangement along with lock at fire hose box etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and Taking out old unserviceable LT Panel any type and shape, size, and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication and comprising of following :-

(a) OUTER SHELL The outer shall be made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet (size- 1.5x1.2x0.6 mtr) & MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front openable double door & back openable single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated 19mm dia fancy locks, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated with pure polyester Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell alongwith its control gears/accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand having zinc coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel. Safety shall be made with degree of protection of outer shell IP-54.

(b) INNER SHELL. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCBs and TPN, bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, the TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made of non hygroscopic non combustible track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have TPN copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders.

The extension links shall be of suitable size supported on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.00 mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42, with following switchgears :-

(i) Incoming :- (a) MCCB, 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic setting, Qty – 01 No.(Make:Legrand/Schnieder/Siemens/Havells) (b) Digital Ammeter 3 Phase AC 0 – 200 Amps, with 3 current transformer of suitable ratio and capacity Qty -01 No. (c) Indicating lamps LED type for three phases -R Y B of 3 Nos, (d) Digital Voltmeter 3 Phase AC 0 – 500 Volts.Qty -01 No. (e) Bus-bar chamber having 3 nos insulated aluminium bus-bar of 600Amps rating and one No. bus bar of 300 Amps rating of suitable shape and size.

(ii) Out Going :- (a) MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 25 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Qty – 01 No.(Make: Legrand/Schneider/Siemens/Havells/C&S)

(b) MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 25 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Qty – 01 No.(Make: Legrand/Schneider/Siemens/Havells/C&S

(b) MCCB, 40 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 25 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, Qty – 02 No.(Make: Legrand/Schneider/Siemens/Havells/C&S

Note : (i) The contractor shall submit proposed drawing of the panel interlia mentioning make of switchgears to be incorporated alongwith name of panel manufacturer for approval of GE before manufacturing. (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of the cost of danger notice plate of suitable size and marking of letters with PVC sheet/ Stickers such as incoming and outgoing and capacity of breakers etc. (iii) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item. (iv) The bottom of panel shall have minimum 45cm height from existing ground / floor level.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable UG LT cable and supply and laying PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminiumm conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable Polyethylene water storage and supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of cap 500 ltrs hoisted and fixed in position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes securing access covers etc all as specified in SSR Part I
