Providing Housekeeping Services for Common areas & Toilets etc. in NTR Complex for a period of one year i.e., from 01-04-2026.

Providing House Keeping Services to NTR Complex by engaging required Men / Women & materials for cleaning the premises inside and out side i.e., daily cleaning of Corridors, Window glass panels, Doors, Tables wash rooms, attached wash rooms,(approximate area in total of 11,057 Sqm) stairecases etc.) with necessary chemicals/ materials i.e., Phenyl, Naphthalene balls, cleaning Acid, cutting oil, air-freshener cakes, soap oil, steel scrubbers, mopping cloth, bleaching powder, soft brooms, hand wash soap, garbage rools, mops with stick and clip, wiper with and shining liquid and machinery including engaging supervisor including wages of all labour (inclusive of EPF, ESI and VDA for Individual per month) cost of all materials with taxes, conveyance etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities with the following minimum men & materials requirement (cleaning shall be taken up with latest cleaning machinery and cleaning chemicals).

iv) Clean & Shine (1 Ltr. Bottle)

v) Phenol Bottles (1 Ltr. Bottle)

vi) Nophtelene Balls

vii) Cleaning Acid (1 Ltr. Bottle)

viii) Air Freshners Cakes of approved size and make

ix) Harpic (1 Ltr. Bottle)

x) Soap oil (1 Ltr. Bottle)

xi) Steel Scrubbers of approved make

xii) Mopping Cloths Big size

xiii) Bleaching Powder

xiv) Soft brooms

xv) Garbage Rolls Large

xvi) Dettol Hand wash bottles (250 ml.)
