M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vi) :- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. (iii) M& L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed.The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated.

M & L for roof surface must be pressure-washed with water with, is to be used to and/ or remove all dirt, dust, chalking and waste products. Remove algae, mold by using bleach solution. 2 tiles joint repair all visible and joint more than 0.50mm and not giving hollow sound, on the tiles roof or at the junctions of flat roof & vertical parapet wall, pipe joints, should be cut and widen v shape with mechanical cutter in the size (6mm W x 6mm D) and fill with Dr. Fixit PMM methodology.Glass fiber apply Dr Fixit URP or Primeseal A on the well prepared groove, allow to cure tack free. Followed by filling all the joints covering the entire area uniformly with suitable chemical. Allow chemical to cure a minimum 24 hours. Apply minimum 50mm-100mm width 45 GMS glass Fibre mesh/ non-woven geo testile fleece with the coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic along the length of crack when the 1st coat is still in wet condition. Apply the second coat with an interval if 4-6 hours. Waterproofing: Apply a coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as Self Priming 14.0-18.0 Sq. mt/litre.Allow coating to dry for 3-4 hours. Applt two coats of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic/litre/coat, without, the rate of application being the same for both the coats. This would ensure correct consumption of material that will deliver a total of DFT of microns. Allow the system to air cure for 5 days minimum. Check to see no void surface is left untreated/uncoated. The material having following technical specification as per ASTM D 6083 M- type II, Attains a Tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 2370: Elongation at break > 300% confirming ASTM D 2370, Adhesion to Concrete 2.0N/mm2 Confirming ASTM D 4541 and crack bridging ability up to 2mm, air cure the coating for 7 days before water pound test for 48 Hrs. The system comes with 7 year waterproofing warranty from service provider. For vertical surface : Apply 2 coat of Dr Fixit Roofseal classic with forced coverage of /litre/coat. Entire terrace should be coated with roofseal classic alongwith parapet walls needs to be enveloped with roofseal classic/Raincoat system. The total 3 coats treatment inclu taking down/dismantling of old tarfelt/old unserviceable roof treatment from RCC roof by scrapping, broomig and washing with water etc .
