The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the departments and should not be an elected member. The bidder should be furnished Rs.100 non-judicial stamp paper certified by the notary to be submitted stating that the entity has not been black listed by any departments and non-elected member.

PAN Card Copy and Income Tax Returns Certificate for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26

GST Registration Certificate and GST paid certificate for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26

The bidders firm should have an annual turnover of at least 2 times of the tendered amount in any 2 years of the last 5 years (Submit consolidated Certificate attested by CA with UDIN Number)

Solvency Certificate 30 percentage of the tender amount (Banker certificates issued by Nationalized Banks). Solvency Certificate has to be taken after the date of tender publication.
