Pipe Line Work Supply of HDPE pipe including laying jointing Field testing,commissioning complete at site of HDPE PN-6 (pe100 grade compound)pipe as per IS 4984 and specifications for water application including all cost of material, labour required,transpotation,loading,unloading& stacking etc.

Supply, carting and fixing in position of following CI D/F sluice / Gate valve for flow regulation & scouring including cost of valve specials, labour & T&Pcomplete. Pressure PN 1.0

Excavation of pipe line in soil mixed with course sand, shingle, kankar, including refilling of trenches after laying of pipe line including watering ramming etc.

Dismantling of following type of road surfaces for laying of pipe line including sorting out of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials.

Cement concrete road

Reinstatement of following type of road surfaces after laying of pipe line including supply of all material ,labour,T&P etc complete.

Construction of following chambers

Sluice valve/ wheel valve chamber(90x90x100)

MS iron work providing and fixing T-iron frames for Chamber , joints mitred and welded , including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a printing coat of approved steel.

Supply and fixing of Water connection including all material like ferrule G.I. Pipe, Bends etc. complete with labour.

Supply of all material , T&P etc. and construct an RCC over head tank of following size with RCC staircase & 1m wide balcony , G.I. Pipe and angle iron posts around balcony & at the dome peripher , MS ladder from balcony to top of tank and inside the tank , supply and fixing M.H cover locking device , 1.2m dia ventilator , lightening conductor , water level indicator , supply and fixing of pipe , CI D/F pipes , supply and fixing M.S clamps with RCC column 40mm PCC 1:4:8 in apron , 150mm semicircular drain around the tank escape channel of 20m length , nbox type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements , two coats of apex paint and testing of tank for water tightness and also excluding cost of supply and fixing of all necessary pipes and valves etc. all complete with inlet.( 18 M staging 200 KL)
