COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE / REPAIR AND SERVICING OF GSFF SYSTEM, FIRE ALARM, FIRE FIGHTING AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED AT ISC DHRUV (BLDG NO. P-409), NAVAL BASE KOCHI

(a) AMC for fire alarm system (Bosch) :- (i) Testing of entire fire alarm system during site visit such as General servicing of detectors, manual call points including cleaning, checking etc. once in three months. (ii) General servicing of hooter including cleaning. (iii) General servicing of fire alarm panel including cleaning, checking & clearance of false alarm and reprogramming of panel complete all as specified and directed

(b) AMC for fire fighting & hydrant system:- (i) Testing of entire fire fighting system , once in three month. (ii) General checking and servicing of Pumps and Diesel engine set etc which includes cleaning, painting, greasing, battery checking filling of distilled water etc. (iii) General servicing of hydrants valves, butterfly valves, NRV's, pressure gauges,sprinklers,pipes, pressure switches etc including cleaning , polishing, replacement of washers (if required) etc. (iv) General servicing of hose box including cleaning, painting replacement of beading (if required) etc. (v) servicing of fire hose Set, including cleaning, drying and etc. (vi) servicing of hose reel including cleaning, cheaking of hose , shutt off nozzle (vii) Major spare parts and components of equipments, overhauling of pumps & engine, coil changing, rewinding of motors, battery etc will be provided additionally.

(c) AMC for gas suppression system(Siemens):- (i) Includes checking of gas suppression system during site visit, once in every three months. (ii) General checking and simulation of suppresion system and checking the voltage from the solinoid complete all as specified and directed (iii) Checking of discharge lines, working of electromagnetic devices / solenoid valves, directional valves, nozzels, gauges etc, and cleaning of components etc. (iv) General servicing of manual release switches, abort switches include cleaning, checking etc. (v) General servicing of gas release panel and device including cleaning, checking & clearance of false alarm of panel complete all as specified. Note:- For Ser No.1 (a) to 1(c) :- (i) Every break down complaints/ calls shall be attended within 24 hrs. (ii) If contractor is failed to complete the periodical inspection within the period, a penalty of Rs 5000/- will be levied for each day up to the completion of Inspection and rectification of faults. (iii) The contractor shall be made MOU with OEM and copy of MOU submit to the Engr-In-Charge before commencement of work.

Material and labour for removing the unserviceable winding from the induction motor 10 HP capacity including cleaning the starter slots,rewinding with appropriate size and or existing super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating to the existing class of insulation, cleaning the starter assembly including fixing of terminal,copper lugs etc.testing and assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of detectors base for addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of detectors complying with addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of heat detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of remote response indicators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Intelligent analog addressable mutisensory /Flasher cum speaker (ceiling mounted) having inbuilt CPU and in line Isolator. Programmable sound output goes upto 92dB. There shall be 19 diff tones to select complete all as specified and directed.global approval - EN54/ VdS
