SR to Repair of Court Building JMFC Komna for the year 2025-26

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer nn charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade to new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint & all labour , taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..

Finishing walls surface with of wall Acrylic wall Putty with water proofing of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to received painting two coat including cost of Putty & labour charges.

Providing , fitting, fixing of PVC Door including all cost of labour T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc complete.complete as per the Engineer in Charge.

Fitting & fixing in position of MS windows and opening and tair case railing and parapet railing including making holes in walls and RCC structures or wood work etc in proper position making good to the damages of walls RCC or other structurals complete including mending or cutting sizes or groovesin choukaths witt cost conveyance taxes of oll materials ,all labours with T&P required for the work completecomple as per the direction of the EIC

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC
