Repair to Outpost building at Mandarabast in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including all cost, conveyance, royalities of the materials labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20mm & down grade nominal size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road/ CD works including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work all labour charges etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
