Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of liquid soil/mud for di-silting/cleaning of area drainage not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft /loose soil and removing materials exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing, spreading and levelling all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Lobour only for brick work built in CM (1:6) with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with reusing the old bricks obtained from demolition items.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel sliding door shutter exceeding 4 Sqm but not exceeding 6 Sqm at any position and any description including necessary scaffolding as required on site and refixing at same position/location including where required cutting, drilling, fittings, riveting or welding connecting with fish plate, gusset plates etc for smooth sliding of steel gates/shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or trhough brick walls in cement mortar or stone walls built in cement lime mortar or cement mortar to a depth of embedded portion exceeding one brick but not exceeding two bricks for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fast, wind ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-e-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC cast-in-situ (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) used as in brick, concrete wall for fixing of hold fast, bed blocks, lintel upto 1.5 m clear span etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of steel and iron works, small articles such as hold fast, backs of chowkats etc area tarred not exceeding 0.1 sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) used as in brick, concrete wall for fixing of hold fast on as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in subbase or floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foot path/paving etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming jambs etc to opening (to foregoing items) including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement) in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to the soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping ) and making flat, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of Form Work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid Separately.)

M&L for deformed or twisted TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for deformed or twisted TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns (as in stirrups), hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for deformed or twisted TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns (as in stirrups) , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling old granite, bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting /cleaning small trees, saplings, shrubs and under growth complete roots from brick walls, chajja etc including taking out complete roots from inside walls/ chajjas and making good surfaces in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 or in cement mortar (1:4) to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including where required drilling, fittings, riveting or welding connecting with fish plate, gusset plates etc of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ball bearing or rolling wheel minimum dia 65mm to 75 mm for sliding doors shutter including necessary fittings/ spindle and welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality 'A' all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm not exceeding 10cm long with shank 5 to 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of column, raft & plinth beam for flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in column, pillar, piers, post and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillar, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floor and roofs exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling surface and chajja all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on surface of wall including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on old plastered surfaces of wall after preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on surface of ceiling, chajja etc including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) including taking down old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in normal ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete after taking down old galvanised steel barbed wire all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured).

Restraining resecuring of old barbed wire including making good staples on steel pins, securing on tying at crossing with and including of galvanised mild steel wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for joist, channel, flat iron, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 100mm x 100 mm and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed after dismantling of old unserviceable chain link fencing of any type including round bars and nut & bolts etc as per relevant IS specification and as approved by GE. (Note: 10 mm dia MS round bar shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

S&F for mild steel flat iron of size 25X3 mm including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work for securing chain link as in repair complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Fe-410-S or 0.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2008 (M-35 grade) over 50mm thick compacted sand cushioning as in hard standing on path complete all as specified and directed.
