ROOM PARTITIONING WORKS AT THE KHPL PROJECT/CA OFFICE AT HYDERABAD

1) As a part of the Krishnapatnam Hyderabad Pipeline Project the office of the Competent Authorities for the states of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh have been set up in Hyderabad and Ongole respectively. The Project and CA office at Hyderabad was set up “ H.No. 264/A/1 , 1 st Floor, Jubilee Hills Road No:10 “ and was suitably furnished as per the manpower positioning relevant for the FY 2021-22. 2) FY 2022-23 witnessed an influx of additional manpower. Positioning of additional manpower at the above office meant dealing with additional seating and work space requirements. 3) After carefully analyzing the extant spatial orientations of all the rooms and taking stock of the available options & requirements it was decided to partition the 17.1 feet X 12 feet Room in which the “on-contract revenue staff “ are being currently seated. Partitioning work involves installing a “Gypsum partition” so as to create two separate and mutually isolated seating spaces. This shall involve associated false ceiling patch works too. To facilitate entry of personnel the removal of a pane of glass, from the glass partition separating this room from the reception, is also required
