e-TENDER FOR SELECTION OF LICENSEE FOR OPERATING PARKING LOTS AT REACH 6 METRO STATIONS

Enclose certificates in proof of minimum 1-year experience in managing parking lots in Government organizations obtained through Tender process only (Example: KSRTC, BMTC, BMRCL, Govt. Hospitals, Indian Railways, etc.,). Experience certificate which is complete in all respects indicating the experience period duly signed along with the seal of the organisation to be submitted. Copies of unsigned or draft agreements, etc will not be considered and the bid will be rejected as ineligible.

Power of Attorney for participating in the Bid as per the format in Annexure - IV authorizing the signatory to participate and sign the documents, should be furnished on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) duly attested by Notary-Public. (or) Board Resolution for authorising a signatory to participate and sign the documents.

A declaration on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) duly attested by Notary-Public to the effect that the applicant is not barred by the Government of India / any State Government, or any entity controlled by it, from participating in any Bid, when the bar subsists as on the date of Bid, would not make the bidder eligible to submit the Bid. (Format as per Annexure-IB)

The bidder shall submit the labour license obtained from the concerned department of Government of Karnataka

The tenderer/bidder shall also be required to enclose self-attested copy of PAN Card.

The tenderer/bidder shall also enclose self-attested copy of Present Address proof. (Bank Pass book, Telephone bill, Passport, Voters ID card, Aadhar card, etc.)

No Dues Certificate from Accounts department of BMRCL for bidders operating parking lot at BMRCL

Annexure I All the items to be filled completely, photo to be affixed and signed, scanned and uploaded by the bidder

Annexure-II to be filled and authorized by Chartered Accountant. The said document to be scanned and uploaded by the bidder.

Annexure IX Undertaking for downloaded Tender Document to be filled, signed, scanned and uploaded by the bidder

Copies of financial statements to demonstrate the Positive Net Worth duly certified by a Chartered Accountant/Statutory Auditors
