Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket power point or buzzer controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 20 mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3 mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for fan / light / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed

All as per item above but for 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board with 1.5 sq mm copper cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED luminaires, 20 watts, lumen output not lessthan 2000 (4 feet), made of anodised extruded aluminium housng, wit high transmissivity diffuser, high lumen output, with suitable electronic driver, and operated in single phase, 230 volts, 50HZ, all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, from conector and ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement LED wall security lights of 25W with necessary brackets (made out of 25mm bore GI pipe light grade appx 0.6 meter long bend to shape) nuts, bolts, etc to be fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed Make:- Bajaj Cat Pat No. BCLST 25W LEDI or equivalent model of Havells/Philips

Taking down ceiling fan any type/ size from hook and dismantling cable and blades and bring in to store for repair and hanging ceiling fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed. (rewinding of fan, painting and spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down exhaust fan any type/ size from wall and dismantling sealing cable and dismantling blades and bring in to store for repair and fixing exhaust fan in position after repair, greasing etc. with existing flexible copper cable complete all as directed

Taking down burnt/unserviceable sub main wiring any size complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in concealed PVC conduit including 6 sq mm multi-strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases on walls and making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortar (1:4) matching with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Taking down main switches and DBs of any type and make including wooden board/ junction box complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for multi phase out going suitable for mounting 63 Amps FP MCCBs. Vertical distribution board 4 ways mounting as incommer with 200 Amp rared bus bar,IP-42 Protection ,double door conceled/ wall mounting suitable for mounting MCBs/Isolators.all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sheet metal double door enclosure for MCB DBs SPN 8 way 240 V, complete flush mounted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Isolator single pole 5 to 40 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Isolator DP 32 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles/walls, XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18 cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for

Material & Labour for sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches for the protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of GI and GI tubing 15 mm bore light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 x 54 x 5 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI tubing (LG) for watering, charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I complete alll as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
