Providing GI pipe and PVC coated chain link fencing around Turf at Karithura area under CSR 2026-27

Earthwork excavation/cutting in ordinary soil for foundation/clearing accumulated waste sand including shoring & shuttering wherever required and depositing the spoil earth with lead upto 50m etc complete as per standard specification.

PCC 1:5:10 using 40mm hard broken stone for Bed concrete & Flooring etc including all cost and conveyance of materials hire charges for shuttering and labour charges , curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement .

Plane Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken stone for coloumn footing including cost & conveyance of all materials hire charges for shuttering, labour charges for boxing, mixing, placing, ramming, watering, curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Cement block Masonry using cement blocks for super structure above plinth level up to 3.00m level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, loading-unloading charges, curing etc complete as per standard specification. but excluding cost of cement.

Plastering with cm 1:4, 15mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowelled smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.

Supplying and stacking ISI mark best quality portland cement (OPC/PPC) approved make including all cost and conveyance of materials, loading and unloading charges etc complete (Payment will be made only for actual quantity of cement consumed)

Fabrication, supply and fixing in position of Good quality 2mm thick ( GI 14 gauge ) G.I pipe post and tie for fencing around of Turf area using G.I pipes (Tata/Zenith), plates etc. including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges for fabrication, digging and fixing in position, cost of comsumables, applying one coat of epoxy based zinc chromate primer & one coat finish paint to plate and cleats and post upto GL, hire charges for tools and plants, loading unloading charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as per the drawing.

Supply and fixing PVC coated Gi chain link fence (50x50mm), 1.50 m width fixing over the GI fabricated post & tie, tying firmly with polymer coated GI wire of 3mm gauge, including all cost & conveyance of fence and tying wire, all labour charges for fixing and tying properly, hire charges for tools and plants, loading - unloading charges, providing necessary scaffolding etc. compleate as per standard specification.
