Inside& outside cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of all vapor pipes (12 nos.) and inside Body of evaporator & pans with save-all. Outer Surface Aluminum Paint and inner Surface by Metal Primer. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Inside & out Side Cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of inlet and out let injection header with it's all accessories and connecting water line for pan and evaporator and Injection Pump Bed also. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Inside & outside cleaning & double coated primer & double coated painting of complete drier house station with it's all accessories, like sugar hopper inside and outside, sugar bin (inside and outside), sugar grader, all piping, sugar elevator (Blue Colour) & connected railing. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Inside white washing of Boiling House building wall, all slab, foundation, all parapet of pumps & column of boiling house. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s. Chipping of the top & bottom tube plate of old evaporator set A, set B & New evaporator set. Job include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s. Dismantling & cleaning of M.O.L. pump delivery & return Line from pump to" juice sulphiter, to diffuser, to filtrate tank & to injection channel" & refitting of pipes. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, paints/ consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Job includes evacuation of existing media, shifting the same at designated place and re-filling the fresh resign/concrete and activated carbon. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning materials, paints/consumables and media and activated carbon will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Dismantling, cleaning and re-fitting of all spray pond nozzles. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment’s etc. Required cleaning material, consumables will be in vendor scope. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum Basis.

Inside and outside cleaning and painting of all unit complete sugar ETP. Outside painting of all intermediate pipe lines at ETP as per CPCB charter (Colour coding). External cleaning of 110 TPH & 110 Kg.sq. cm. Boiler pressure parts and its accessories including jobs required for preparation for open inspection, external cleaning of boiler pressure parts like economizer tubes, super heaters tubes, Bank zone tubes, water wall tubes drum internals, mud drums etc. External & internal cleaning of NON IBR parts like air preheater, ESP, all ducting, all hoppers etc. Brushing of Air preheater (APH) tubes with using own motor and shaft and brushes. For detailed work scope, please refer to the tender document.

Providing and erecting safe & sturdy double scaffolding as per standard code of practices inside the boiler furnace etc. as details of boiler given in item no.1. The vertical posts shall be tied together with horizontal pieces over which the scaffolding planks shall be fixed. Rate to include labor, supervision, material, consumables etc. Rate shall be quoted on Lump sum basis.

Cleaning of deaerator, deaerator storage tank, condensate receiver tank, turbine hot well & cooling tower basin including dewatering and removing extraneous material, sludge from the basin. Job includes required supply of labour, supervision, consumables like brooms, ropes, tools and tackles required for carrying out the job. Rate shall be quoted on Lump sum basis. (Job to be carried out such that it should finished One week before the start of season 2025-26 starts). Rate to be quoted on lumpsum basis.

Cleaning of Bagasse handling system tunnel in bagasse shed including dewatering, removal of extraneous material, sludge, old bagasse if any. Rate to include labour, supervision, personal protective equipment, tools & tackles etc. Rate to be quoted on Lump sum basis. (Job to be carried out such that it should finished one week before the start of season 2025-26 starts)

Cleaning of DM water storage tanks, Raw Water storage tank, HRSCC, one-day storage tank, Neutralization pits, degasser tanks UF tank, old NTP & new NTP including de-watering, removal of extraneous materials, sludge, old bagasse. Painting of ANION, CATION, MIXED BED, MGF, ACF related pipelines. Rate to include labor, supervision, personal protective equipment, tools & tackles etc.

Providing double coats of whitewash (1:0:1:1 water, fevicol, lime) & standard indigo blue in TG Building (outside), boiler civil structure, cooling tower, walls (outside) and DM plant building (outside), Rate to be included labors supervisions personnel protective equipment, safe and sturdy double scaffolding, tools and tackles etc. Only Lime will be supplied by HBL. Rate to be quoted on lump sum basis. (Job to be carried out in such manner that it should be finished in one month). Any other job, material which is not mentioned above but required for overhauling of DM Plant.
