Dismantling 1:2:4 cement concrete

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including cost of neat coat of cement disposal of rubish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead (excluding the cost of scraping of plaster and replastering).

First Class burnt Brick Work laid in CSM 1:3 including supply, carriage and loading & unloading of cement, sand & bricks complete in all respect.

12.50 mm thick Cement Plaster 1:3 CSM

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-inCharge.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 complete in all respect.

Preparation of Plastered surface for distempering including surface,applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work,mettalic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface

Painting New letters & figures of black synthetic enamel paint to an even shade on surface

Advance Direction sign board 1200x1800mm rectangular as per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012. fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on two square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.60x0.60x0.75m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 . Using high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting Type IV as per ASTM D 4956 09 and as per IRC 67 2012
