Construction of RI office cum residence at Steel Township-1, Rourkela in the district of Sundargarh for the year 2025-26

Civil Work Part-I i) Ground Floor Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P,royalty etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Ground Floor Filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 22.5cm(9) thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Ground Floor Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4) thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

i) Ground Floor A) Foundation Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Ground Floor B) Superstructure Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ii) First Floor Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

iii) Second Floor Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Ground Floor Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:4) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) First Floor Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:4) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Ground Floor A) Columns and Beams i) Foundation R.C.C. work of M 20 grade with 20 mm down graded size chips. in all floor of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick to the required level ,ramming,watering and curing etc. including all cost of material, labour, with T&P and taxes of materials etc. required for work and as per direction of EIC.
