M&L for repair to pot holes n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth,making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by appying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen binder (VG 10) 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Screening road metal, chipping etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer at 10Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen Grade VG 10 with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep for the edge of road by cleaning all vegetation and waste material and making proper camber edge ground on hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe,glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil,grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and as directed. accordance with applicable specifications
