ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION (EPC) OF CERTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS UNDER GE(P)(N) VISAKHAPATNAM

Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Engineering Procurement and Constructrion (EPC) of certain infratructure for Armament of IAC at NAD Visakhapatnam (SITE 1) , complete all as specified and directed.

Engineering Procurement and Constructrion (EPC) of Project-D Training Infrastructure at MO Visakhapatnam (SITE 2) , complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of arboriculture in site 1 i.e. infrastructure for Armament of IAC at NAD including watering and fertilization of all the grass/plants/trees by weeding, hosing, saucer melding once in every 15 days, planting new plants/grass in place of dead plants/grass of same species and height with out any extra cost to the department and as directed complete for the maintenance period of ONE YEAR from the completion date of project complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for all labour, materials, tools and plants and one gardener per site, regular watering using sprinklers, including supply and spreading/spraying organic manure, chemical fertilizer, pesticides to the required extent complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing for operation of central AC plant of Torpedo Workshop Building as provided under this contract after successful completion of Phase-II testing (i.e. during first year of defect liability period) complete including cooling towers, AHUs, Electrical Control Panels and pumps and connected equipment in complete AC sytem for 03 shifts of 08 hours each in a day to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plant to the entire satisfaction of users/department by providing services of one skilled technician of AC & Refrigeration (ITI qualified with 2-3 years relevant experience) separately in each shift of 08 hours all as directed by Engineer-in charge

(vi) Periodical cleaning of cooling tower and AHU filters shall be the contractor's responsibility. (vii) Room temperature and humidity display unit/instrument shall be provided at plant room for continuous monitoring. (viii) On completion of outsourcing of services for operation of central AC plant and comprehensive maintenance of central AC plant, the contractor shall carryout the complete system and controls functional tests before handing over of the plant to department or his successor in presence of user and Engineer-in-charge. If any components/spares are foound defective or unserviceable, the contractor shall replace the same at his own cost. A certificate to this effect and tests carried out duly signed by contractor, user and Engineer-in-charge shall be submitted before claiming the final bill.

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 2000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Torpedo Workshop building as provided under this contract during 1st year after completion of defect liability period all as specified and directed

Comprehensive maintenance of 02 No Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 3000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Special Storehouse building as provided under this contract during 1st year after completion of defect liability period all as specified and directed

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 2000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Torpedo Workshop building as provided under this contract during second year after completion of defect liability period and after completion of first year Comprehensive Maintenance.

Comprehensive maintenance of 02 No Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 3000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Special Storehouse building as provided under this contract during second year after completion of defect liability period and after completion of first year Comprehensive Maintenance.

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 2000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Torpedo Workshop building as provided under this contract during third year after completion of defect liability period and after completion of second year Comprehensive Maintenance.

Comprehensive maintenance of 02 No Electrically Operated cargo/good lift of capacity 3000 kg to serve G+02 upper floors in Special Storehouse building as provided under this contract during during third year after completion of defect liability period and after completion of second year Comprehensive Maintenance.

Note for SL No: 15 to 20 :- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation.
