M&L for preperation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of Cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal esistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, culvert, cover slabs (for man holes/drain etc.) and similar articles with plain faces including any type of formwork /moulds etc complete all as specified. M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including laying over 20mm thick sand cushning withcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonary or concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished complete all as spd and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying 2mm thick wall care putty for making smooth surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in patches on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as on ceiling, facia roof projection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 2 coats of oil bound distemper on new surfaces of ceiling including preparation to distempering to match with existing work complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing old decorated wall /soffit/chajja/fins etc. surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface and applying two coat distemper oil emulsion over smooth surface of wall by applying 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old distempered / decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying Two coat of Distemper oil emulsion complete as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 32mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters of any description (W/out taking off shutters from the frames) and removal from site complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge
