MV SUPPLY AND CABLE LAYING

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on on wall surface as required.Upto 35 sq.mm (Clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MAINTENANCE FREE EARTHING

Supply of Maintenance Free Earthing System for Substation & Equipment Earthing. The material consist of Copper Bonded Steel Rod size 3M long x 14.2mm Rod- 1No. (Conforming to IEC62305-3 standard, NBC 2010, IEEE 80), along with Ground Enhancement Material (GEM 25A) - 2 Bags (11.3Kg each) confirming safety standard of IEC62561-7.

Supply of "GROUND ROD - T" Connection by using CADWELD PLUS joint for bonding between CBSC and CBSR using exothermic welding connection in compliance with IEEE-80 Standard for Permanent Joint. Note: Control and ignition unit, moulds, tools, termination for CADWELD PLUS joint shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply of "T CONNECTION" . by using CADWELD PLUS joint for bonding between CBSC and CBSR using exothermic welding connection in compliance with IEEE-80 Standard for Permanent Joint. Note: Control and ignition unit, moulds, tools, termination for CADWELD PLUS joint shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply of SS Terminal connector making terminal connections for equipment bonding through mechanical means using nuts, bolts and all other accessories Suitable for CBSC- 10mm Conductor, complete as required and directed by IEC.

Supply of Copper Bonded Steel Conductor (CBSC), 10mm dia round conductor for interconnection of electrodes. CBSC shall have minimum copper thickness of 10mils(254 microns) and shall not crack or tear when the conductor is bend. CBSC shall shall be UL certified and conform to IEC 62561- 2.

Supply of Ground Enhancement Material (GEM) having low resistance, non corrossive, carbon based superior conductive material that improves the earth resistance in areas of poor conductivity. GEM shall have resistvity of 20 ohm- cm for mixed and cured material , with polarzation resistance more than 8 ohm-sq.m. GEM shall have minimum sulphur content, chemically inert to surrounding soil and shall not leach over time and uphold superior conductivity. GEM shall be mixed in adequate proportion and laid along the length of the CBSC

Supply of EARTH PAD tinnec copper purity of 99.9% with 4 SS bolt Nut as per the requirment of body / panels earth. Suitabe for wall mouting.

Supply of Earth pit ready made PVC chamber (Heavy duty Round Cover) for each pit and mention the earth pit value in Painting / strike ring on top of the cover, including all tools complete as required

Supply of Potential equalizer clamp for connecting the nuetral earth pits with ring earthing

Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing System. The installation work includes excavation, making 10ft depth augured hole of 4" dia and treating CBSR using GEM(25A)- and backfilling the soil. Terminal connection made using CADWELD PLUS exothermic connections in complaince withIEEE 80 and tested as per IEEE 837- 2014 standard for permanent connections. Laying of Copper Bonded Steel Conductor in soft soil includes excavation of earth upto a depth of 0.5m, placing Copper Bonded Steel Conductor treated with ground enhancing materials, backfilling with the soil along the area upto ring conductor, interconnection between ring conductor and earth pits and refilling of earth after interconnections as indicated in the enclosed layout.
