Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in ordinary (vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M and lift of 1.5M including, levelling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shurbs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean local sand in filling in foundation or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all material, labour, royalty and taxes All complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes, royalty, all complete, as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attched pilasters, columns, piers, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, olain window sill, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and fixing at or near ground lavel precast cement concrete in kerbs edgings etc as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 cvoarse sand),including the cost of required centering shuttering complete 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing reinforcement (Round bar confirming to I.S 432 dia in mm)(I.S.2062 Gr A of 10mm. & 12mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending, and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing rods in position (excluding carriage of bars to work site) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
