Replacement of front facia sign boards with LED illuminated sign board at Surat Airport. SH. Provision of Internal Signages in Terminal Building for International Operations.

Supply of 1700mm X 400mm sizes single sided openable glow sign board of minimum thickness of 70mm. Signage shall have made out of 1.44mm thick aluminum extruded profiles with concealed hinged profile system, extrusions with anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved shade & colour and have necessary light proof ventilation arrangement. The text(in three language) / signage matter shall be electro cut computerized automated self-adhesive vinyl graphics of 3M/Avery/LG/Coolybrite/Dupont make black out film behind and white/yellow message created by using 3M /Avery make translucent film to be transferred on cast acrylic sheet of 5 mm thick on the readable side of the box to be pasted with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) double side adhesive tape in extruded aluminum section and easy for graphic changes, rubber gasket concealed in to the profile sections, (single sided shall have 1.5mm thick Aluminum sheet for back). The box to have door stay to hold the shutter in an open position and easy access for maintenance and easy graphics change suitability. The illumination source shall be of LED's (CREE / Nichia / Sharp/ Philips (Lumade) / Osram/ Edison) with suitable individual current regulator & driver suitable for operation on 150-270V AC,50Hz supply and LED shall be fixed inside the frame to obtain Lumen output -2500 lumens/Sq mtr (minimum), , mean life (burning hours)-50000 hrs burning life with 80% output and illumination should be uniform, there should not be any dark/bright spot on the board along with required internal wiring, connectors, earthing the body etc to achieve required & uniform illuminations. Signage board shall be suitable for ceiling /wall/side mounting. Complete as required , as per specifications & drawing enclosed.

Assembly, Installation, testing and commissioning of sign boards mentioned above in item no 1 with suitable mounting arrangements (preparation of mounting structure is not included in this item it will be as per Item no 3 as per site requirement) and required hardware as per approved drawings and specifications including supply and laying of 3X1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor FRLS wires in metallic flexible conduit (up to 5 Meters) including earthing connection& terminations etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing sign board mounting support structure made from stainless steel (Grade 304) made of hollow tubes, plates etc. Including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing(mirror finish) and making Curvature (wherever require). Fitting the same with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab or celling suspended with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge. (For payment purpose, only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
