Excavation in foundation,trenches up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work,saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/ strutting,planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable of unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying jointing testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus Excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1:cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material upto site of work and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygenal rubbe masonry ( un-coursed/broght to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with C.C 1:6:12 (1cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in CM 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respects, within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation & plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using gavanised MS wire gauge of 15 gauge desiganation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors windows and cleastorey windows including height finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2nd class dodar wood complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing M.S Plain grills of required pattern in MS frames of windows etc with MS flat welded with wire mash complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in Cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) in foundation complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ultra slim decorative extruded box fixture with domestic electonic ballast , snap -on installers , suitable for 28 Watt FTL (T5) , complete with all accessories (including one No. T-5 tube) connections , testing and commissioning etc as required 1x28 watt-FTL (T5) (Category-A) as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
