SPECIALISED FIVE LAYER SYSTEM OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE a). Ist Layer Black coloured chemcial treatment : Providng and application of one coat of High bonding, flexible bituminous polyurethane blended bituminous coating with –5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 - 2000 or equavalent Ist Layer diluting with water at 1 : 1 ratio as a primer coat at a consumption of 200ml per Sqm. b). IInd Layer : Providing and laying of Fibre Mesh 40 GSM, with 1 Mtr width and 50mm overlap on the primed surface. c). IIIrd Layer Grey coloured coating : Providing and application of one coat of Acrylic rubberized elastomeric flexible waterproof grey coating with –5 systems ASTM-C 836 or equavalent or equavalent diluting with 50% of water at a consumption of 400ml per Sqm. d) IVth Layer white colured coating : Providing and application of one coat of High solid, cold applied, Fibre reinforced acrylic elastomeric waterproof membrane off white coating –Roofcare prc 5 systems Confiming to ASTM-G 154 -2000 or equavalent coating (add the water upto 200ml ) (Consumption of 350ml per Sqm ). Vth Layer super white reflectivecoating : Application of one coat of 100% pure acrylic solar reflective pure white coating with systems Confirming to ASTM -C 297 or equavalent solar refective coating diluting with 20% of water (Consumptionof 300ml per Sqm ). e) Note : THE ABOVE TREATMENT WILL BE GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS.
Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with integral cement water proofing admixture confirming to IS: 2645-2003 manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 100ml per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Terrace expansion joint treatment grave cutting chipping and grinding machines upto 50mm width or depth besides expansion joints 6 to 12 width and 6 depth will be removed and waste will be cleared . The same will be cleaned with high pressure water jets and HD vacumme . The substrate will be pasted polysulpahate sealent with poly layer sheet and stuffing and fixing with solid wood/thermoslab/baker rods/apply polyurethane coating and poly layer sheet and providing baker rod upto height of 25mm in between expansion joint 6mm to 12mm flexible motor screed will be provided besides baker rod with reinforced fibre mesh. 2mm to 3mm thick EPDM sheet will be spread with syntheic rubbarized chemical on flexible motor mix, apply 1mm polyurethane coating on EPDM sheet, EPDM flexible tube will be provided in between expansion joint, micro creame/PU sealent/Polysulphide sealent will be pasted on the top of the expansion joints with reinforced fibre mesh and followed 3 coats of bronze flex superior membrane coating.
