(a) Gas welding point (01 inch) on broken part of steel furniture shall be carried out such as Almirah large steel with shelf/ Wo shelf and Half hanging, Almirah med steel/ small with shelf, Locker bed side steel, Table office clk steel, table 3 x2 steel w/d, Locker SKD 562 of chair CB steel with arms/ without Arms, chair verandah, table dinning, table office, officer/ clerk steel, chair easy steel, teapoy verandah & steel items of various drgs etc. welding shall ve done continuously type, including rubbing and finishing to smooth surface.all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Bed Side Map

(a) Removing of old unservicable top from table bed side map and S&F new top of existing size made of 18/19mm prelaminated MDF board of shade bavarian beech exterior Grade ISI marked of existing size fixed with screws with 4mm thick teak wood edging all round the top . All exposed faces of timber shall be treated with french polish all as directed.

(b) Removing of old unservicable small drawer and knobs and providing of new small drawers of existing shape and size made of 18/19mm prelaminated MDF board of shade bavarian beech exterior Grade ISI marked of existing size with 4mm thick teak wood edging on open edges for sides and 6 mm thick ply wood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs, MS powder coated telescopic channel as per drg. complete all as specified and directed. All exposed faces of timber shall be treated with french polish all as directed.

(c) Removing of old unservicable large drawer and knobs and providing of new large drawers of MDF board 18/19 mm thick board exterior Grade for sides as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly shade shall be bavarian beech screwed and 6 mm thick ply wood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs as per drg of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing of old unservicable back of table bed side MAP and S&F 18mm thick MDF board BWR,exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing of old unservicable side of table bed side MAP and S&F 18mm thick MDF board BWR, exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

(f) French polishing with high class finish on wooden surface and synthetic enamel paint of black colour on steel frame including preparation by proper sand papering all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge and all as per drg.

REPAIRS TO TEAPOY VARANDAH

(a) Removing of old unservicable existing top from table and S&F new top of size 900 x 450 x 18 mm for teapoy verandah. Top shall be 18/19mm thick MDF board exterior grade as approved by GE conforing to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly shade shall be bavarian beech screwed. Edging all riybd the top shall be of 4 mm teakwood. Steel frame should be painted with 02 coats of white paint shall be done on entire frame of teapoy varandha as per direction by Engr-in-charge

Repair / Refixing ply top charpoy GI

(a) Removing of old unservicable plywood and S&F new 12mm thickness plywood top of size 1980x900 mm exterior grade BWR type (Nos of ply 7) ISI marked fixed with flat/dome head MS galvanished iron carriage bolts. The edge of plywood shall be smoothened around & corner shall be rounded to a radius of 1cm iron carriage, 10 Nos of round headed bolts with nut and washer of size5 z 75mm after drilling the holes at equal distance on rails (03 Nos on each long rail and 02 Nos on each short rails) and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge/ GE & as per shown on drg

(b) Removing of old/unservicable long rail from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F of new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm nominal dia Med Grade duly threaded at both ends upto 45mm all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note : unservicable long rails shall be converted into 01short rail & 01leg & measured under Sch itemNo. 18(c) & 18(d)

(c) Removing of old/unservicable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only short rail and made out from schedule No 18 (b) duly threaded at both end upto 45mm & all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note: unservicable short rails shall be converted into 01leg and measured in Sch 18 (d)

(d) Removing of old/unservicable leg from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only leg retrieved made out from old long rails/short rails, retrieved under item Sl No 18 (b) & 18 (c) here in before duly threaded at one end upto 45mm and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

(e) Re-threading of existing loose long rails, short rails and legs of 32mm dia GI Pipe upto 45mm and assembling to make a charpoy frame complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in Charge Note: Old existing loose long rails, short rails and legs shall be issued to the contractor for re-threading and assembling it to make a charpoy frame

(f) Removing of Old/unservicable broken existing elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow GI 03 way 32mm Med Grade ISI marked of existing shape and size complete all as specified & directed

(g) Removing of Old/unservicable broken existing check nut of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow check nut 32mm Med Grade ISI marked of existing shape and size complete all as specified & directed

Chair CBA Special with hand rest

(a) Removing of unservicable back frame with plastic cane and S&F new 20mm thick TW back frame duly canned with plastic cane 02 mm wide godraj pattern of existing shape and size complete all as specified & directed

(b) Removing of unservicable seat frame with plastic cane and S&F new 20mm thick TW seat frame duly canned with plastic cane 02 mm wide godraj pattern of existing shape and size complete all as specified & directed

Re-canning of chairs Varandha

(a) Removing of old broken plastic cane and recaning of chair varandah with & including new plastic cane of 03/04mm semi round, white colour, best quality of approved including painting with two coats of white synthetic enamelled paint on entire steel/iron surfaces of chair before recaning & including provn of new PVC shoes 20mm dia at bottom of legs after taking out old shoes all as specified including all material and labour. Canning shall be done in Matt pattern

(a) Removing of unserviceable/broken PVC seat and S&F new PVC seat fitted with screws of existing shape and size complete all as specified & directed
