Repair and CAMC of 500 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant at Sub District Hospital Sunderbani

Providing and Filling of Zeolite for topping as per requirement to maintain purity above 93%. The job includes cost of material and labour charges for repair at site and all taxes as applicable.

Servicing of 02 no air dryers by way of dismantling of electrical connections, incoming pipe assembly and outgoing pipe assembly, closing of both incoming and outgoing pipe assembly using union and valve arrangement, lifting and shifting of air dryer to a workable place in the plant. The job further involves dismantling of air dryer body tactfully without damaging the electronic circuit and other parts and then cleaning of air dryer using special tools and tackles. The Job further includes dismantling of damaged/worn out parts of air dryer viz dryer compressor – 02 no, dryer filter- 02 no, dryer contactor- 02 no, gas charging of compressor and compressor pipeline- 02 no .The job also includes P/F of new inline filters – 08 no (set of 4 for each air dryer) in place of old ones. Thereafter, re -fitting air dryer body cover after repair, lifting and shifting back in installed position, re assembling of incoming and outgoing pipe assembly to air dryer and re-connecting of electrical connections. Testing of the same for proper functioning on no-load and load.The job includes cost of material and labour charges for repair at site and all taxes as applicable

CAMC of oxygen generation plant 500 LPM OGP which includes periodic servicing/maintenance and repairs of complete OGP Unit (consisting of oxygen modules, air compressors, air dryers, activated carbon towers, filtration assemblies, air tanks, oxygen tanks, interconnecting pipeline, control valves, indicators, sensors, pressure & purity meters, UPS, Electric panel and other allied accessories, etc.), (including topping/replacement of zeolite/alumina/any other chemical as per requirement), Allied equipments such as Main Electric Distribution Panel, MCCBs/ACBs, , AVR DG Set (including replacement of batteries), AMF Panel, cabling, etc. Other miscellaneous items of the plant room, such as lighting, Switch boards, heavy duty exhaust fans, ceiling fans, electric wiring and complete gas pipe line system. The technicians for operation (to be provided by the hospital authorities) will be responsible for preventive maintenance, minor repairs/settings on a routine basis. Major breakdowns of the plant equipment to be repaired by the firm through OEMs/open market workshops, etc. For maintaining the plant in working condition the firm will bear all charges of material including consumables, labour, transportation and all taxes as applicable.
