Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m² including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium perforated sheet false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.Single pushfit Coupler including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

110 mm bend including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

110 mm Shoe (Plain) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats on new steel with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing MS screen frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete,as per job No-4895 issued by Chief Archtect HPPWD Shimla including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00 mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall bemeasured & paid separtely) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
