Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Egineer -in-Charge.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in layer complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 100mm dia (SGSW/AC/RCC/PVC) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris to low lying area of distance not exceeeding 100m, complete all as directed by Engr-inCharge.

All as per serial Item No 4 here-in-before but 150mm dia pipe, complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in drain, manholes etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No.16 here in before but except bricks, using old serviceable brick as retrieved.

Extra for fair finish drain or channel to any girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L plain cement concrete type B0(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, bed block, coping of manhole complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Setting coat of 3mm thick of CM (1:1), trowelled to even and smooth finish over rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished surface even & fair with using water proofing compound @ 2% complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan, pedestal pattern Pedestal pan and trap(excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc and including seat and cover for pedestal pan, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in levelling courses, coping, window cill etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 300x300x7 mm thick as in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles 300x200 x 6 mm thick as in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x250X 7/450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work to received tiles in vertical, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular )area of each tile exe.0.11 sqm but n.exe.0.18 sqm, in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair flushing cistern low level, PVC 10 lit capacity syphon action type, valveless with inlet ball valve, float valve and handle including brackets fixed to wall and flush pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for removing of trees/plants including roots from wall/roof top surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces before applying finishes, complete all as directed.
