Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type soil complete all as specifed.

Excavation over areas n exc1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out any type soil all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, mass concrete etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-30 in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-30 in columns complete all as specified and as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil

M&L Rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specifeid and as directed.

M&L Rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc

M&L Rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; dia of nec exc 20 cm n.exc 25 cm each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long

M&L for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted corrugated/’Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any discription over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of Anticorrosive paint over a coat of A Red oxide Metal primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work for rough finished surface of concrete.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

All as per item No.17 above but 5 to 10 mm dia including 10mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders
