Running operation and maintenance of Satchand Cold Storage for the year 2026

Cold Store

Providing of Unskilled worker forpre-operative and post shut-down cleaning of condenser tank, pipe condenser and around cold storage chamber, stair case, drying shed& plant room during the year 2025 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.( Labour component only)

Painting of condenser tank, pipe, cooling coil, oil separator receiver in/c valve etc.complete job by supplying of anti corrosive paint in/c priming coat etc. as required as per direction of the Engineering in-charge

Servicing of Ammonia high speed 1(One) Nos. Make FRICK INDIA LTD. Compressor machine after dismantling with cleaning water jacket, crank case oil filters oil seal etc. checking of piston ring, delivery valve, suction valve, fly wheel side oil seal gland packing compressor oil will be supplied by the Deptt. and re-assemblingas per direction of the engineering in-charge

Providing and re-filling of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas at satchand cold storage with returnable cylinder within 30 days

Supplying of copper carbon for 2 Nos. slip ring Induction motor.

Checking of all electrical component like connection of panel board, starter box, plant room, cold chamber, drying shed, fan, light, cooling fan etc complete.(Internal).

Arrangement for operation of 1000 MT Capacity Cold storage satchand in/c captive power plant with day to day maintenance and repairing during the stipulated period withsupplying of Mechanic cum Electrician cum operator as well as helper/assistant for proper and smooth running the cold storage through round the clock 24 hours in03(Three) shift as per direction of the engineering in-charge

Providing of semi-skilled worker for disinfection of cold-store chamber(sprayer & chemicals will be provided by the department at free of cost) during the year:-2013 as per direction of Engg- in-charge
