Demolishing Brick Masonry work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in Excavation up to 1.50m depth for footings, foundation trenches or drains in all type of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of botoms, including de watering wherever required, back filling in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness including watering, ramming etc., and disposal of surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 500mts and lift up to 1.50 mts., leveling and dressing of disposed earth etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:4:8[1 cement4sand 8 stone aggregate] grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. excluding centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over brick/RR masonry/concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the EIC .

Providing and laying 40mm thick plain cement concrete flooring of grade 1:2:4 [one cement, two sand and four aggregate] using 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate and finished with a floating coat of neat cement, laid in panels as directed to required level and slope including provisions of chequered finishing, curing etc. complete as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Dozer tractor for scrapping, uprooting, leveling, etc. including driver, diesel and all incidental costs to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing Road roller having capacity 8 to 10 tonnes for rolling the surface/track, leveling, etc. including driver, diesel and all incidental costs to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing, filling the areas with CNS/moorum brought from outside having coarser materials not more than 4.75mm with all leads and lifts including spreading in layers, watering, rolling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer (Measurement shall be for consolidated thickness only).

Providing and filling sand with all leads and lifts in plinth, under floors including watering,ramming , consolidating and dressing including providing all tools and tackles,manpower , materials and machinery etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Disposal of debris such as building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, excess earth, boulders unuseful concrete lumps, debris generated from various other works, unwanted materials including wooden and metal scraps, broken sanitary fittings/ fixtures, rejected cables, wires, rejected house holds, broken glasses pieces etc. accumulated in the surroundings of the various buildings, road/ footpath sides etc., in the various locations of colony including collecting, loading, transporting, unloading at dumping yard by mechanical/ manually means including levelling and dressing the spots from where debris is lifted with all labour, driver, consumables, profit etc. with all leads and lifts complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body. 2) After removal of debris, the agency shall ensure proper leveling of surface.

Providing and applying one or more coats of Acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints/ Excel of M/s. Nerolac/ Heatshield of M/s. O. FIXIT/ Weather shield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered/ sand face/ rough cast plaster/ RCC jali/ RCC fins at locations as required on old wall surfaces, applied @ 0.90 lit/ 10 sqm including preparation of surface by removing all loose paint and algae formation completely with wire brushes, cleaning, washing, filling of holes/ cracks with approved crack filler, repair of damaged plaster with CM 1:3 and scaffolding if required, Insurance coverage to workers etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying one or more coats of Distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour of Asian/ Nerolac or approved make and brand on old surface including surface preparation, cleaning of surface, removing old loose paint, removal of nails etc., filling of the holes/ cracks/ depressions with approved crack filler, sand papering, removal of cob webs, cleaning etc., complete including all materials, labour, transport, scaffolding as and when required and cleaning of the rooms after completion of work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying Two or more coats of colour wash such as green, blue or buff to give even shade over a coat of white wash with lime on new/old surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., including preparation of surface, cleaning, necessary repairs to scratches, filling up the cracks/holes with approved filling material scaffolding, cost of gum and colour etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying One or more coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of required color and shade of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger or approved make over old surface of wood/ steel work including the cost of scaffolding, cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/ cracks with putty, arranging safety appliances, Insurance coverage to workers, all Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Painting of tree trunks of all girths with one or more coats of white wash and geru in alternate bands to a height of 1.50m to give a uniform finish etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Stickers of name letters (in English or upto trilingual) and models as required over acrylic/ wood/ steel surfaces etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying One or more coats of varnishing with copal varnish of approved brand and manufacture etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Engaing unskilled workers for shifting, cleaning, assisting to the department manpower during DAE sports & cultural meet etc., as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all tools and tackles etc., required to complete the jobs of above nature. Note: 1) Each lot consists of eight hours duty.

Providing 'HOE' (Excavator cum dozer)/ JCB for miscellanbeous works at different locations as and when required including all operational cost to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2sand : 4 stone aggregate) grade, using 20mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in various works etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Painting of concrete pavement/ paver blocks with two coats of floor paint of M/s Indigo paints, M/s. Asian paints or any other approved equivalent make over a coat of primer (with same floor paint by diluting with 35% of water), including cleaning the surfaces with brushing/rubbing with coir to remove all alge, muck and foreign materials etc. and cleaning with high pressure water jet etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing 30mm thick basket ball board of standard size i.e. 1.83M x 1.22M conforming to "A" grade of malaysian board with 100% virgin monomer including fixing of preminum dunking iron ring having diameter of 0.46M with net complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
