Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipe line etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material and labour for dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground cable in trenches complete all as specified. Make: Mehtab tiles / Ultra tiles / Sirex / Scorpio/ Sukhi tiles or any ISI marked tiles as approved by GE.

S&F framed bracket of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, rivering etc. as per sample complete all as dircted..

Taking, down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (Light, Fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, celling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, DB's) etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Main switch and DB's including wooden board and removing from site including making good disturbed surfaces of wall all as complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single /double of any wattage & size, security light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt / wornout accessories etc complete all as directed.

M&L for concealed type point wiring with 1100 V, 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable, copper conductor multistranded passing through including PVC concealed conduit 20mm, concealed MS box/ PVC/ MS/ Cast Iron box and logic modular whtie plates of suitable as required at site with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper of size 1.5 sqmm earth copper cable, for one light point, bell point, fan point controlled by one switch including cutting / chasing in any type of wall & making good the disturbed surface with plastering in cement mortar 1:4 thickness as ordered ,applying 2 mm thick Birla putty & finally painting the finished surface with two coats of painting as per exixiting one to match with the existing surface complete all as directed.
