ONAN cooled , indoor type copper wound distribution transformers, with HV and LV side cable end box arrangements, on load tap changer with 17 tap positions having +5% to -15% variations in1.25% steps with RTCC panel including first filling of oil etc. complete with all fittings as per IS 2026 and Kerala Electrical Inspectorate standards. Armoured multi core 2.5 Sqmm copper control cables shall be used for all external & internal interconnections . The cost of control cables both internal and external shall be included in the cost of Transformer.
11KV/433V, 500KVA Transformer :Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 500 KVA, 11KV/433V. 3phase, 50Hz. ONAN cooled , indoor type copper wound distribution transformers with HV and LV side cable end box arrangements, off load tap changer with 5 tap positions having +5% to -5% variations in 2.5% steps including first filling of oil etc. complete with all fittings as per IS 2026 and Kerala Electrical Inspectorate standards .
APFC Panel :Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 3.3KV, suitable capacity automatic Power Factor Correction Panel, shall be fabricated out of 2mm CRCA Sheets Modular, compartmentalized, Free Standing, Floor Mounting, Front hinged doors for indoor use, removable bottom/top gland plates for incoming cables, dust and vermin proof (IP: 42 protection) with TP Aluminium Busbars, complete with busbar connection, VCB for switching,Numerical pf control relay,diplay for pf and kVAR in service, internal wiring, name plates, painting etc. as per KEI standards. APFC panel shall also compensate for the transformer reactance such tha the pf is always above 0.95 at the incoming side of the transformer.
Neutral Grounding Resistor.:Design,engineering, supply erection,testing and commissioning of indoor type 3.3KV stainless steel make neutral grounding resistor in sheet steel enclosure with IP 23 degree protection with siutable neutral CT for REF protection. The cubicle shall be fabricated out of 3mm sheet steel and painted with anti –rust primer coating followed by two coats of paint of approved shade, as per standards.
