M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed..

M&L for 25 mm thick plan cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring in leveling course complete.

M&L for light shade vetrified ceramic tiles (double / ultra charged) 9-10 mm thick, polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectanguler) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exeeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectanguler) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) of size 300 mm x 450 mm as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M & L for 15 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M & L for machine cut & machine polished kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in kitchen plateform laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for green Marble work 15 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete.

Labour only for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 10 to 12 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete. M&L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over white cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying of PCC interlocking paver block of any descreption laid & bedded dry. Note:- Old PCC interlocking paver block retrived from BOQ Item No 04 shall be used.

M&L for Filling of dry Sand as in screed bed for PCC interlocking paver block including spreading leveling, and well ramming complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base to floors and paving etc all complete all as directed..
