RequiredA.The agency should be registered with E.S.I, P.F, Labour Department and other statutory authority of Government of Karnataka

RequiredB.Bidder should enclose minimum of two year experience certificate of the maintenance of swimming pool from the swimming pool owners/institutions/ State Government/ Public Sector under taking/ any other reputed private organizations/sports authority organizations, etc.

RequiredBidders should submit their company profile.

RequiredC.Anti-collusion and self declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in Appendix A and A1

RequiredCoachers Should have NIS, ACA, Level 1 to 5 Certificate are only eligible to participate in this tender. The bidder should have following minimum staff at all the working periods of swimming pool. 1.Swimming Coach Male-02 with experience of minimum 3 years. 2.Swimming Life Guard -02 3.Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader-014.Swimming Cleaner-02 a.Guard, Gardener and Lawn Maintenance-02.

RequiredD.Achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs.30.00 Lakhs certified from the chartered accountant shall be uploaded pertaining to the audited financial statements along with the details of annual turnover, income and net cash accruals from past 5 years

RequiredUnconditional Line of Credit/ Bankers Certificate of Rs.1.00 Lakhs should be enclosed

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.The employer reserved the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason.
