Servicing of DG set of capacity 7.5 KVA ,Make : Kirloskar, with replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element, Cleaning of battery terminal , checking of tappet clearance & related accessories such as set of 'O' ring, set of tappet gasket, Set of washers, Dusting ,Cleaning and testing of DG Set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Engine oil, oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element etc will be meseared and paid under relevent item as supply only. Note : Servicing of DG Set to be done by Authorised service provider of DG Make.

Supply and filling pre mixed Coolant suitable for DG set Rediator, Brand. Make : K cool Super/Greaves/Waxpool

M&L for descaling and servicing the radiator of DG set 62.5 KVA internally and externally by using chemicals, to remove deposit on fins and soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage and re-fixing after replacement of unserviceable hose pipes with clamps and filling of Collent, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Hose and hose clamp,Coolant will be mesured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L for repair of Self starter of 24 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of Self starter of 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of charging alternator 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable Groove wheel/ armature including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) suitable for DG Set of 75 KVA capacity, with and including taking out old AVR and making all connection, testing, complete all as directed.

Repair to alternator of DG set 25 KVA and heat varnishing including replacement of ball bearing bushes, winding and other electronic parts and coupling and refixing after repair including testing complete all as directed. Note :- item Bearings / bushes, Rectifier, diode plate replaced will be measured under respective item seperately.

M & L for repairing of 25 KVA DG Set, Make : Kirloskar Bliss, by opening and dismantling of Engine and transporting to auth workshop and removing of cylinder head, Cylinder liner,lubricating oil pump, piston, connecting rods, piston rings, camshaft, FIP, injector and other connected parts for replacing all unservicable parts and reassembly the engine and accesories including calibration of FIP , reparing of cylinder head and testing and comminissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : spare parts will be measured and paid separately here-in after
