Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per MORD technical specification 2014 / H.P PWD Specification. . including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rates includes octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1I as per technical specification Clause 405. By mechanical means. 63 mm ( Sixty three millimetre) to 45 mm (Forty five millimetre) nominal size . including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg ( Sero point seven - One Kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( Zero point twenty five to Zero point Thirty Kilograme) per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with premix and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty milimrtre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to Fiv point six per cent) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for Structures in all kind of soil such as pick jumper and blastiingwork as per drawiing and technical specificatios clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to all leads dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ,including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications 2014 Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C ( Plain cement concrete) grade M 10 ( Ten) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size with minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 kg (Two hundred fifty) koligram per cubic meter including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete nomial mix1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size mechnically mixed with cement content not less than 170 KG/cum (one hundred seventy Kilogram per cubic metre) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain/cement concrete in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall as per drawing technical specfications 2014 clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate) and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, as per drawing & HP, PWD, technical specifications , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 of MORD Specification 1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng and laying reinforced cement concrete hume pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One Cement: two Sand) but excluding cost of excavation, protection work, back filling ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapet as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 1108. 900mm dia ( Nine hundred millimetre) dia including entire carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
