OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF DG SET INSTALLATIONS AT AFS HAKIMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

Providing of services for operation and maintenance of Diesel Engine Generating Set installations comprising of diesel engines, alternators, control panles, LT panels and all connected cables etc complete at the locations given below with one operator per shift of 08 hours(03 shifts per day) including Sundays and Holidays all as per the shift timings decided by Engineer-in-Charge including routine checks/maintenance and maintaining the documents, registers as specified for proper and smooth functioning of entire installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (i) 100 KVA DG Sets- 03 Nos one each at Hanger No.1,3&4. (ii) 50 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Simulator Building. (iii) 15 KVA DG Set at Watch Tower No 11. (iv) 100 KVA DG Set at HTS Briefing Room. (v) 20 KVA DG set - 01 No SAT COM Eqpt at IMMOLS Logistics (vi) 75 KVA DG Set - 01 No. at Safety Equipment Section.

All as per item No.1 here-in-before but for the following DG Sets:- (i) 100 KVA DG Set - 01 No. at 250 SU Radar Station. (ii) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Tower No 6 . (iii) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No in between Watch Tower No.9&10.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for the following DG Sets:- (i) 125 KVA DG Set - 01 No. at SRE Radar Substation (ii) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No. at Armoury (iii) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Sub Gd Room gate (iv) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Gate No 8. (v) 40 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Opps Room. (vi) 50 KVA DG Set - 01 No at MRS. (vii) 25 KVA DG Set - 01 No at Tower No 2

Notes for Item No. 1 to 3: (a) Weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (b) DHPP, Engine Oil and Coolant required for DG sets will be issued under Schedule 'B' as free for filling only and the same shall be supplyed by department at the each installation. (c) Necessary Tools, safety equipement, overall combination/ uniform, safety shoes and daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (d) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE/AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AF Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
