Note : - The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 2.5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Taking out old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation in trenches and getting out in any type of soil, supply, laying and jointing of PVC pipe of 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and Fix in repair Acrylic sheet of 2-3 mm thick for garden,balconies etc as complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft and loose soile complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete in 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets(for securing wiremesh etc.) including all necessary drilling bolting or reveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, copings, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type weight n-exc 4 Kg per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 mm thick ACP (Aluminium composite material) fixed with screw on existing mild steel frame complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mild steel frame work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fix for stainless steel 304 grade pre fabricated letters of size 6" height in English or Hindi and fixed on position by means of brass screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of aggregate exc 20mm but nexc 40mm aggregate in sub stn etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 55910.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 30 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
