Note:- Once the blower unit repaired, the contractor shall remain responsible for proper functioning of blower assembly.

M & L for Dismantling/taking out blower motor for rewinding of capacity 10 HP motor of 3 phase by using best quality super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing Nos of turns including varnishing for 'F' class insulation and drying in heat chamber and refixing testing, commissioning complete so as to have same RPM, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and servicing of 2 Hp motor of clarisetteler 3 phase 415 volt providing insulation including tightning of chain mechanism, varnishing, heating, replacement of suitable bearing, seals, gaskets, worn out carbon brushes, rotor job, couplings or any other part etc complete testing all as required for completion of JOB. Note: 1. Rates for making arrangement for lifting up motor from site shall be deemed included in quoted rates. 2. Once the motor repaired, the contractor shall by default get the bearing, and other necessary parts changed and shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor.

M & L for Cleaning of sewage incoming well of size 22 Ft X 22 Ft and depth 28Ft located at sewage treatment plant with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering and cleaning upto bottom of the well with all complete safety equipment and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr of the site of the well complete all as specified and directed. (At MAP STP) Note: (i)Rates for arranging machineries for carrying out the job deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Cleaning of main receiving sump of size 5mtr dia and 6 mtr deep at sewage treatment plant with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) required to remove the sludge and greet from receiving well and throwing it to place outside the STP area with all complete safety equipment and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the receiving well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance of 100 mtr from the site of the well complete all as specified and directed. (At OLD STP)

Cleaning of Arreator well sump of size 10 mtrx 5 mtr x 3 mtr at sewage treatment plant (old STP) with all man power and T&P(Tools and plants) required to pump out existing water and removing the sludge and greet from deep water collector with all safety equipment and throwing it to place outside the STP area complete including painting properly inside complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of sewage Stilting Chamber by opening including sewage transfer pipes of mixing chamber near stilling tank, Bio Reactor -I, Bio Reactor-II,treated water & filter feed tank/sump, Rotating clarisettler chamber by removing and washing all fiber pens and resettling after cleaning complete located at sewage treatment plant with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawara etc all required for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the well and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance of 50 mtr from the site of well thereafter applying one coat of approved paint inside complete all as specified and directed. Note: i. Rates for making arrangement of cleaning 5.5m deep Stilling Chamber,Bio reactor I&II, 2.5m deep filter feed sump and treated water sump & painting inside shall deemed to be considered in quoted rates. ii. Each individual chamber (mentioned above) shall be considered as seperate job.

M & L for Cleaning of sewage drying bed of size 25Ft X 25 Ft and depth 4 Ft located at sewage treatment plant with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) cleaning upto bottom of the bed with all complete safety equipment and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance of 100 mtr from the site of the well complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates for arranging machineries for carrying out the job deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for scrapping/cleaning of outer surfaces of Air Blower, Treated water pump, Pressure feed pump, Clarisetter motor gear set and other motors and spray painting with two coats of best qualitiy sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrapping/cleaning of outer surfaces of Pipes of any size and any type and Headers and spray painting with two coats of best qualitiy MS sythetic anticorrosive bitumin paint over one coat of red oxide primer(colour as per approved by GE) complete including marking and writing details all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing the old gravels and sand from sand filter and old activated carbon from carbon filter, cleaning the vessels from inside complete and supply and set as per below Bottom layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 20-40 mm nominal size. Third layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 12-20 mm nominal size. Second layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 2-6 mm nominal size. Top layer : 150mm thick of silica sand (1-2 mm size.) Activated Carbon : As per Site requirment. Note: Work for Sand filter and carbon filter vessels are considered in single job.

Supply of polyelectrolyte chemical for disinfection of raw sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of alum (Aluminium Sulphate) chemical for disinfection of raw sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of sodium hypochloride liquid chemical 100 GPL for treated sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note :- i. Test certificate showing chlorine percentage must be produced by the contractor at the time of delivery of chemical. ii. Chemical must be procured as per the site requirment and as per the date of mfg and expiry date and contractor shall remain responsible for delivering the same at various pockets at his own cost. iii. Container of 35 Ltr shall be required. :

Supply and fix in repair of bellow type PVC flexible pipe (heavy duty) of size 80 mm dia for sewage system, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair star delta starter CE certified for 12.5HP motor 415 V, 50 Hz capacity and IS-13947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair star delta starter CE certified for 7.5HP motor 415 V, 50 Hz capacity and IS-13947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair star delta starter CE certified for 5HP motor 415 V, 50 Hz capacity and IS-13947-4-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of overload and single phasing relay suitable for 6-10 Amp for 7.5/5 HP motor starter panel 415 V, 50 Hz capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of HDPE pipe PE 100 PN 8 as per IS 4984 complete of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of GI pipe of 'Medium grade' of size 50 mm with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair indicator board of size 150mm x 100mm made of acrylic/PVC for indication of section of plant such as Main well, Aireator tank, settling tank, recycle tank, DG set room, Pump room etc in base of blue colour and writeup in white colour stencil cut duly pasted on it and size of letter as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for testing of water sample at authorised government laboratory for BOD and COD of water including glass bottle for collection of sample. Note: Sample of water to be collected from wherever directed by Engr-In-Charge will be responsibility of contractor.(Water sample to be taken from MAP STP and OLD STP)

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventor suitable for 3 phase motor of any make any size all as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of MCCB switch of 200 Amp 415 Volt with 4 pole 25 kA rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for oiling and greasing of pump motor parts (any make any size) by means of greasing gun or manually by unbolting and separating the pump motor set complete for smooth operation of machinery complete making it leakage free and applying galnd packing of necessary quantity and making working noise and leakage free complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty round cable with PVC insulated copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape unarmoured overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm nominal cross section 4 Core solid conductor including taking out old unservicable exising cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refillling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed including demolishion of old and unservicable existing earth pit and removing from site .
